Baccano!

In 1711, a demon gives the "wine of immortality" to a group of alchemists. When war breaks out between the immortals, the alchemists scatter across the globe in order to avoid extinction and later re-appear in 1930′s New York. Living amongst petty criminals and mafia bosses, a 200-year-old alchemist reproduces the elixir and the battle begins anew!
